Blanchard Grinding is high precision rotary surface grinding which allows for rapid removal of material without compromising customer requested dimensions. We skillfully grind ferrous materials utilizing a magnetic chuck. Non-ferrous materials are simply an additional set-up away. Our Blanchards leave the trademark cross-hatched surface finish pattern typically within a 32-125 finish.

Quality Control We take personal pride in our quality. We conduct a series of quality checks every step in our grinding processes. Each operator checks their work as well as their predecessors. Your job is continuously under our trained supervision. Each operator has the ability to stop the job on the spot if correction be needed. Once your job is completed, a quality control specialist then double verifies your job before it leaves our shop.
Craftsmanship In order to ensure finest quality work, all our operators are trained in house. We conduct an on going in house training program to render the best operators for your satisfaction. Many of our employees have been with us for over 20 years, therefore, you can rely on the same team to bring you a quality product time after time.
Maintenance All our maintenance is attended to in house. Our maintenance group can repair any of our equipment. We carry, stock and can fabricate extra spare parts for our equipment. Therefore, should equipment go down, we can get it back up and running in the shortest possible time. This benefits our customers because their job will not be subjected to wait for a spare part to be shipped from the equipment manufacturer.
